Resizing and Repairing Policy:

Ring Resizing:

We offer free resizing for most of our designs, except for a few that cannot be resized due to design limitations. If your ring can be resized, we'll happily resize it for you free of charge! In case of higher charges, we'll email you for confirmation before proceeding.

Repair/Replacement:

If for any reason, your jewellery needs to be repaired, our expert craftsmen will repair or replace it for you. The charges for repair/replacement will be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Charges:

Please note that customers will need to pay for shipping charges for resizing and repairing services.

International Orders:

Please note that resizing and repair services are not available for international orders due to customs and logistical reasons.
