Your refund will be processed within 15 days after our Quality Assurance Department accepts your return. The refund amount will be the invoiced amount after any discount or coupon code has been applied.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be transferred through NEFT. The final decision on the acceptability of the return will rest with our Quality Assurance Department.
Once your product clears our Quality Assurance process, you will receive an email confirming the same. If we find any defects during our quality check, we reserve the right to charge the customer.

We offer free resizing for most of our designs, except for a few that cannot be resized due to design limitations. If your ring can be resized, we'll happily resize it for you free of charge! In case of higher charges, we'll email you for confirmation before proceeding.
If for any reason, your jewellery needs to be repaired, our expert craftsmen will repair or replace it for you. The charges for repair/replacement will be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.
