Return Policy:

At Sonani Jewels, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 15-days return policy with a 100% refund on your mode of payment (Credit/Debit or net banking) for eligible items.

Please note that we strive to process refunds within 31 business days, ensuring every customer receives their refund in a timely and efficient manner.

To initiate a return, we kindly request that you meet the following criteria:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in a sellable condition, free from any scratches, wear and damage, or alterations.
• The certificate of the diamond must be included with the return.
• A copy of the invoice for the product must also be provided.
• The original box of the jewellery must be returned with the product.

Return Process:

To schedule, contact our customer care team or send us an email. Please note that customized products are exempt from our return policy.

Your refund will be processed within 15 days after our Quality Assurance Department accepts your return. The refund amount will be the invoiced amount after any discount or coupon code has been applied.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be transferred through NEFT. The final decision on the acceptability of the return will rest with our Quality Assurance Department.

Once your product clears our Quality Assurance process, you will receive an email confirming the same. If we find any defects during our quality check, we reserve the right to charge the customer.

Please note that these features are not applicable to international orders, due to logistics and customs considerations.

To initiate an exchange, we kindly request that you meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in its original state.
• The original or a copy of the invoice must be presented.
• The product certificate must be provided.
• The individual seeking to effectuate the exchange must furnish valid government-issued identification proof.

Lifetime Exchange Process:

• With our Lifetime Exchange Policy, you can swap any product on our website.
• We'll adjust the values of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts against your new product/s ordered.
• You'll get 100% net weight of gold calculated at current market rates and 90% of the diamond/gemstone value at current market rates.
• Our Quality Assurance team will make the final decision.
• If you don't have original certificates, pay a nominal fee of 1000 Rs to get an exchange.
• The value is exclusive of GST and approval will be provided within 10 working days after a quality check.
• If you purchased Jewellery on EMI, it will be eligible after full payments or all due payments only.
• Customers have to pay the extra shipping charges for logistics reasons.

Lastly, please be informed that these features are not available in international orders due to customs and logistics reasons.

Resizing and Repairing Policy:

We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a comprehensive resizing and repair policy to ensure that your jewellery always fits perfectly and is in top-notch condition.

Ring Resizing:

We offer free resizing for most of our designs, except for a few that cannot be resized due to design limitations. If your ring can be resized, we'll happily resize it for you free of charge! In case of higher charges, we'll email you for confirmation before proceeding.

Repair/Replacement:

If for any reason, your jewellery needs to be repaired, our expert craftsmen will repair or replace it for you. The charges for repair/replacement will be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Charges:

International Orders:
