Sonani Jewels offers international shipping for selected locations worldwide. Shipping and logistics charges for international deliveries may vary depending on the destination country, customs regulations, shipment value, and applicable duties or taxes.

As international shipments are subject to customs procedures, cross-border regulations, and logistical constraints, certain services and policies available for domestic orders may not be applicable for international purchases.

We therefore recommend that customers carefully review product details, sizing, specifications, and order information before confirming an international purchase.

4.1 Lifetime Exchange Value

At Sonani Jewels, we understand that jewellery evolves with your journey and personal style. Our Lifetime Exchange Policy gives you the flexibility to exchange your eligible jewellery for a new design from our collection at any time, based on the prevailing Current Market Rate (CMR) at the time of exchange.

Exchange Value Calculation:

The exchange value is calculated based on the applicable Current Market Rate (CMR) on the day of evaluation:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Eligible for 90% of CMR
• Gold: Eligible for 100% of CMR
• Other stones, pearls, synthetic gemstones, coloured stones, black beads, and their equivalent weight/value components are not eligible for exchange valuation.
• If the value of the newly selected jewellery exceeds the eligible exchange amount, the difference must be paid by the customer.
• GST will be applicable separately on the new purchase, as exchange values are calculated exclusive of GST.

4.2 Lifetime Buyback Value

Sonani Jewels offers a Lifetime Buyback facility for eligible jewellery, allowing customers to sell back their jewellery at any time based on the prevailing Current Market Rate (CMR) at the time of evaluation. Buyback values are calculated exclusive of GST.

Buyback Value Rates:

Applicable buyback rates are as follows:

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Eligible for 80% of CMR
• Gold: Eligible for 100% of CMR
• Other stones, pearls, synthetic gemstones, coloured stones, black beads, and their equivalent weight/value components are not eligible for buyback valuation.
• Once the jewellery is received and successfully approved through the Quality Check (QC) process, the applicable buyback amount will be processed securely to the customer’s registered bank account.

Refund processing is generally completed within 10 working days after QC approval and evaluation.

4.4 15-Day Refunds

At Sonani Jewels, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase from www.sonanijewels.com, eligible jewellery may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund Process:

• To be eligible under this policy, the return request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Once the returned jewellery is received and successfully approved through the Quality Check (QC) process, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the customer's registered bank account, or the Sonani Jewels Wallet, where applicable.
• The refund value shall be limited to the net payable invoice amount after adjusting any discounts, vouchers, promo codes, cashback, offers, or promotional benefits applied at the time of the original purchase.

Eligibility Conditions for Any Returns, Exchanges & Buybacks

To help us provide a seamless and transparent experience, all requests under the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Lifetime Exchange, and Lifetime Buyback policies are subject to the following eligibility guidelines and Quality Check (QC) approval by Sonani Jewels:

• In case the original certificate has been misplaced, Sonani Jewels is always here to assist with re-certification at applicable charges, which may be adjusted against the applicable refund, exchange, or buyback value.
• Customised, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, and made-to-order jewellery may not be eligible under the 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, such products continue to enjoy the benefits of our Lifetime Exchange and Lifetime Buyback policies, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• For 15-Day Money-Back Requests: The jewellery should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, damage, tampering, or visible signs of wear.
• For Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Requests: Jewellery may be submitted regardless of the period of ownership and will be evaluated based on its condition, authenticity, and eligibility under the applicable policy.
• In cases where repair, restoration, replacement of missing components, polishing, or re-certification is required, the applicable charges, if any, will be communicated for customer approval before processing.
• Certain product categories, including pure gold coins, bars, biscuits, loose diamonds, pearls, and jewellery containing non-diamond stones or equivalent weight/value components, may not qualify under specific return, exchange, or buyback policies. Pure gold products purchased from Sonani Jewels are not eligible under the Lifetime Exchange or Lifetime Buyback policies but may be considered separately under the Old Gold Exchange program, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• To ensure a seamless experience, Sonani Jewels can coordinate the pickup and shipment of jewellery submitted for returns, exchanges, and buybacks. Applicable logistics and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
• As your jewellery is precious, we recommend insured and trackable shipping for added security and peace of mind during transit.
• Customers are advised to retain the shipment tracking ID and courier confirmation for future reference until the request has been successfully completed.
• Channel Eligibility & Third-Party Marketplaces: Only jewellery purchased directly from authorised Sonani Jewels retail stores or through our official website (www.sonanijewels.com) is eligible for Sonani Jewels' 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Lifetime Exchange, Lifetime Buyback, warranty coverage, and after-sales services. Jewellery purchased from third-party websites, external marketplaces, unauthorised dealers, or multi-brand portals is strictly not eligible for direct return, exchange, or buyback through Sonani Jewels, and must be referred back to the original point of sale.
• All returns, exchanges, and buybacks requests are processed subject to final QC approval and applicable Sonani Jewels policy terms.

8.1 In-Store Cleaning

You're always welcome to visit your nearest Sonani Jewels store to enjoy our complimentary cleaning service.

• Our jewellery care specialists will professionally clean your jewellery and help restore its brilliance and finish.
• This service is available throughout the lifetime of your jewellery, subject to a routine product inspection.

8.2 Pickup & Courier-Based Cleaning

If you're unable to visit a Sonani Jewels store, we're happy to bring the service to you.

• Sonani Jewels can arrange the pickup and return delivery of your jewellery for professional cleaning.
• Applicable two-way shipping and logistics charges will be borne by the customer.
• To initiate a cleaning request, simply email sales@sonanijewels.com with your product details and a copy of your purchase invoice.
• Our team will coordinate the pickup, guide you through the process, and share shipment tracking details so you can stay updated throughout your jewellery's journey.

All cleaning requests are subject to a routine Quality Check (QC) inspection before the service is carried out. Should our experts identify any repair or restoration requirements beyond standard cleaning, we will share the details and proceed only after receiving your approval.

9.1 IGI / SGL Certification

Eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery is accompanied by certification from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or SGL (Solitaire Gemmological Laboratories), as applicable.

These internationally recognised certifications independently verify the quality, authenticity, and grading of your lab-grown diamonds, giving you complete peace of mind with every purchase.

9.2 Sonani Jewels Certificate

Along with applicable third-party certification, every Sonani Jewels purchase is accompanied by our Sonani Jewels Certificate, which serves as an additional assurance of your jewellery's authenticity and records the product details at the time of purchase.

9.3 Lost or Misplaced Certificates

If your original certificate is ever lost or misplaced, there's no need to worry—our team will be happy to assist you with the re-certification process.

• Re-certification can be arranged upon request, subject to the applicable charges, which will be communicated before the process begins.
• Where certification is required for a Return, Exchange, or Buyback request, and the original certificate is unavailable, the applicable re-certification charges may be adjusted against the eligible refund, exchange, or buyback value.

10.1 Complimentary Gifts & Promotional Items

From time to time, your purchase may include a complimentary gift or promotional item as part of a special offer. To ensure fair valuation under our policies:

• Any complimentary jewellery, coin, gift, or promotional item received with the original purchase should be returned along with the jewellery when requesting an Exchange, Buyback, or Return, wherever applicable.
• If the complimentary item is not returned, its applicable current value may be adjusted against the eligible refund, exchange, or buyback amount.

This helps us maintain fairness and consistency while calculating the benefits applicable to your request.

13.1 How to Measure

• Rings: Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a narrow strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark the point where it overlaps, measure the length, and compare it with our standard ring size chart.
• Bracelets: Gently wrap a measuring tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Note the measurement and add approximately 1–2 cm depending on your preferred comfort and fit.
• For the most accurate measurement: Measure when your hands and fingers are at a comfortable, normal temperature. Cold temperatures may cause slight shrinkage, while warmth can cause slight expansion.

13.2 Sizing Tips

• If you fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the next size up for a more comfortable fit.
• Keep in mind that finger size can naturally vary with temperature, pregnancy, or other factors that may cause temporary swelling.
• For bracelets and necklaces, choose the fit that feels most like you, whether you love a closer, snug fit or prefer a little more room to move.

14.1 Plan Overview

The EASE Plan is a jewellery purchase plan offered by Sonani Jewels, allowing customers to make regular contributions towards their future jewellery purchase.

Customers can enrol in the EASE Plan by choosing either:

• Monthly Payment Option
• One-Time Payment Option

The customer's contributed amount, along with the applicable Sonani Additional Benefit, may be used to purchase eligible jewellery from Sonani Jewels.

Customers may choose a plan tenure ranging from 6 months to 18 months, depending on their jewellery purchase requirements.

The minimum monthly contribution amount is ₹2,000, and the maximum monthly contribution amount is ₹1,99,000.

Sonani's Additional Benefit becomes available from the 6th completed plan month onwards, as per the applicable EASE Plan Benefit Chart, subject to the applicable jewellery redemption terms and completion of the relevant plan month.

14.2 Eligibility & Enrolment

Customers must be 18 years of age or above to enrol in the EASE Plan. Both Resident Indian and NRI customers are eligible to enrol.

Customers may enrol in the EASE Plan at any authorised Sonani Jewels store or online through www.sonanijewels.com, subject to successful verification and completion of the enrolment process.

At the time of enrolment, customers must provide:

• Personal details
• Contact details
• Valid KYC documents like PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and Passport
• Registered bank account details
• Nominee details

Submission of all required information is mandatory for successful enrolment.

NRI customers must provide a valid Passport along with any additional documents required for verification.

Providing a nominee is mandatory. The nominee must be 18 years of age or above and should be the customer's spouse or an immediate family member.

The EASE Plan will become active only after all required documents and information have been successfully verified by Sonani Jewels.

14.3 Payment Options

Under the Monthly Payment Option, customers shall pay the selected contribution amount once every month throughout the chosen plan tenure.

Under the One-Time Payment Option, customers shall pay the entire selected contribution amount upfront at the time of enrolment.

The contribution amount selected at the time of enrolment will remain fixed throughout the EASE Plan and cannot be changed.

Customers choosing the Monthly Payment Option may select their preferred monthly contribution date at the time of enrolment. This selected date will remain the scheduled contribution date for the entire duration of the EASE Plan.

Customers may pay one or more future monthly contributions in advance. Paying future monthly contributions in advance does not shorten the selected plan tenure or make the customer eligible for jewellery redemption or Sonani's Additional Benefit before the applicable plan month has been completed.

Contributions may be made through UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque, Cash, or Auto-Debit from the customer's registered bank account, subject to applicable laws and payment regulations.

14.4 Missed Payments & Cancellation

If a monthly contribution is missed, Sonani Jewels may send payment reminders to the customer.

Customers may pay a missed monthly contribution along with a future monthly contribution, subject to the applicable EASE Plan Terms & Conditions.

Customers may cancel their EASE Plan at any time before jewellery redemption has commenced.

Upon cancellation, the EASE Plan will be closed, and the refund will be processed after 30 business days, as per the Refund Policy stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Once the refund has been initiated or credited to the customer's registered bank account, the EASE Plan shall be treated as permanently closed and cannot be continued or reactivated.

14.5 Jewellery Purchase & Redemption

Jewellery under the EASE Plan may be purchased at any authorised Sonani Jewels store or through www.sonanijewels.com, subject to the applicable verification and redemption process.

Under the Monthly Payment Option, jewellery redemption will be available after the scheduled date of the latest plan month for which the customer has made the required payment has been completed.

For example, if contributions have been paid up to the 12th plan month, jewellery redemption will become available after the scheduled date of the 12th plan month has passed, even if any future contributions were paid in advance.

Under the One-Time Payment Option, jewellery redemption will be available only after completion of the selected plan tenure.

The completed plan month shall always be calculated from the original enrolment date. Payment of future monthly contributions in advance does not shorten the selected plan tenure or make the customer eligible for jewellery redemption or the Sonani Additional Benefit before the applicable plan month is completed.

If the value of the selected jewellery exceeds the available EASE Plan Value, the customer shall pay the balance amount at the time of purchase.

Customers may redeem their EASE Plan Value through one or multiple jewellery purchases until the available EASE Plan Value has been fully utilised.

Once jewellery redemption has commenced, no further contributions can be made under that EASE Plan.

The entire EASE Plan Value must be utilised through jewellery purchases within 90 calendar days from the date the customer becomes eligible for redemption.

Gold coins, loose diamonds, and loose gemstones are not eligible for purchase under the EASE Plan.

14.6 Sonani Additional Benefit

Sonani Jewels' Additional Benefit starts from the 6th month onwards, as per the prevailing EASE Plan Benefit Chart.

The Sonani Additional Benefit applicable to your EASE Plan will be calculated based on the completed eligible plan months at the time of jewellery redemption, subject to the payment and redemption conditions of the EASE Plan.

The applicable Sonani Additional Benefit percentage shall be calculated only on the customer's selected monthly contribution amount, and not on the total amount contributed or accumulated under the EASE Plan.

Sonani Additional Benefit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

Under the One-Time Payment Option, where the full contribution for all 18 plan months has been paid upfront, jewellery redemption and the applicable benefit will become available only after completion of the scheduled date of the 18th plan month.

Once the EASE Plan has been redeemed and the applicable Sonani Additional Benefit has been used towards the jewellery purchase, the EASE Plan shall be considered completed, and no further benefits will be available under that plan.

14.7 Discounts & Offers

Customers shall be eligible for any discount, promotional offer, or special scheme that is available on the date of jewellery purchase or redemption, subject to the applicable terms of that offer.

Sonani Jewels reserves the right to introduce, modify, replace, or withdraw any promotional offer or scheme at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The Sonani Additional Benefit and other promotional offers may be combined only where specifically permitted by Sonani Jewels.

14.8 Refund Policy

Upon cancellation, only the customer's total contributed amount will be refunded. Sonani's Additional Benefit, bonus, promotional offers, and any other additional benefits shall not be payable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 Business Days after the refund request has been accepted and all required verification has been completed.

Refunds will be credited only to the customer's verified and registered bank account linked to the EASE Plan.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date before requesting a refund. Any change in bank details shall be subject to Sonani Jewels' verification process.

Once jewellery redemption has commenced, any remaining EASE Plan Value shall not be eligible for refund and must be utilised in accordance with the applicable jewellery redemption terms.

14.9 Nominee

Providing a nominee is mandatory for every EASE Plan. The nominee must be 18 years of age or above and should be the customer's spouse or immediate family member.

The registered nominee cannot be changed during the EASE Plan tenure.

In the unfortunate event of the customer's death, the eligible EASE Plan Value shall be released to the registered nominee after completion of the required verification and documentation.

Where required by law, or in the event of any dispute regarding the nominee, Sonani Jewels may request additional documents, including legal heir or succession documents, before releasing the eligible EASE Plan Value.

14.10 Account Management

Customers are responsible for keeping their EASE Plan information accurate and up to date, including their name, address, mobile number, email address, bank account details, and other personal information.

Any request to update customer information may require supporting documents and successful verification by Sonani Jewels before the changes are recorded.

The name registered under the EASE Plan must exactly match the name appearing on the customer's submitted identity proof.

14.11 General Terms

• Only one active EASE Plan is permitted per individual customer at any given time.
• The EASE Plan is personal to the registered customer and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person.
• Two or more EASE Plans cannot be combined, merged, or clubbed for the purpose of jewellery purchase or redemption. Each EASE Plan will be treated separately.
• The price of jewellery purchased under the EASE Plan shall be based on the prevailing gold rate, diamond or gemstone price, making charges, taxes, and other applicable charges on the actual date of jewellery purchase.
• GST and all applicable taxes shall be payable by the customer at the prevailing rates on the date of jewellery purchase.
• For exchange or buyback, any Sonani Additional Benefit, discount, or promotional offer received at the time of purchase will be deducted from the jewellery value before calculating the applicable exchange or buyback amount.
• Sonani Jewels reserves the right to suspend or cancel an EASE Plan in cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of the plan, failed verification, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Sonani Jewels may update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such changes shall apply prospectively and will not affect transactions completed before the effective date of the amendment.
• Any matter not specifically covered under these Terms & Conditions shall be decided by Sonani Jewels in accordance with the EASE Plan policy, applicable laws, and the Company's internal guidelines. The decision of Sonani Jewels shall be final and binding.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the EASE Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.

1. 15-Days Full Value Exchange (In-Store Orders Only)

Jewellery purchased directly from a Sonani Jewels store may be exchanged within 15 days from the billing date for its full invoice value against another piece from our collection. This benefit allows you to explore a new design while retaining the full value of your original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.1 How It Works:

• The full invoice value of the eligible jewellery will be applied towards your new jewellery purchase.
• If the new jewellery costs more, you can simply pay the difference.
• If any exchange value remains after selecting your new jewellery, you may choose additional pieces to utilise the remaining amount. No balance will be retained or refunded.
• GST will be charged separately on the new jewellery purchased.
• Any ongoing discounts, promotional offers, or additional discounts will not be applicable to purchases made through the 15-Day Full Value Exchange benefit.

1.2 Eligibility & Conditions:

• The jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, damage, or visible signs of wear.
• The original invoice, product certificate, and jewellery box must be presented at the time of exchange.
• All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Sonani Jewels Quality Check (QC) team.
• This benefit is exclusively available for jewellery purchased directly from Sonani Jewels stores and is not applicable to online orders.

2. Old Gold Exchange – In-Store Exclusive

At Sonani Jewels, our Old Gold Exchange service lets you turn your existing gold into something new. Bring your gold jewellery, coins, or bars and exchange them towards exquisite lab-grown diamond jewellery from our collection.

2.1 How It Works:

• Available exclusively at Sonani Jewels stores for gold jewellery, coins, and bars of 14KT to 24KT purity, subject to verification.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Customers must be 18 years or older.
• Any diamonds or gemstones in the old jewellery will be removed and returned before processing.
• Gold melting will take place in the customer’s presence. Once melted, the process cannot be reversed.
• A 4% handling charge applies to the assessed gold value. Applicable GST on the new jewellery will be charged separately.
• The exchange value can be redeemed only against lab-grown diamond jewellery from Sonani Jewels. No cash refund or residual balance is available after redemption.
• All exchanges are subject to purity verification, applicable terms and conditions, and Sonani Jewels’ assessment.
